telephone attendants
We provide solid customer service and support 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Because of the convenience and efficiency of
our central scheduling support center, we have interpreters available for appointments or
emergency dispatch at all times.
Competency
and training
Our interpreters go through intensive language proficiency
and aptitude testing before they qualify to be hired. Because we
strive to recruit the most fluent interpreters possible we have
a 60% turn down rate in our testing.
